closedBilling: System Error During Real-Time Estimated Revenue Calculation

Description
The Finance team has reported a critical issue related to the increased volume of couriers running real-time estimated revenue calculations on the Billing Monitoring system prior to the December 2024 billing cycle.
After approximately 28 minutes of processing, the system generates an error, halting further progress.
Actual Result
- After around 28 minutes, an error is generated, and the system becomes unresponsive to further revenue calculations.
Expected Result
- The system should successfully complete the real-time estimated revenue calculation without errors, allowing the Finance team to proceed with billing activities. User should be able to download the PDF of Real-time estimate.
