We have proceeded with CR03 for declaration 420250227712 on HBL:DUR32100522 and same is being display correctly on HBL: DUR32100522

However, we have encountered an issue where BOE: 420250227712 is appearing as a duplicate on HBL: DUR32100533, which currently does not have any associated declaration
