closedContainer MSDU2945177 - Incorrect CUSRES CC07 indicator was generated and sent to CHCL
Description
Kindly note that ICID was already created by the client on container MSDU2945177 on 19.02.16 @19:16 and a CC07 message with indicator 9 was sent to CHCL.
Please note that the delivery order was initially released online on 19.02.2025 @ 16:24, followed by the creation of ICID on the same day @19:16 where a cusres CC07 message with indicator 9 was sent to CHCL.

However, due to internal reasons, the shipping line had to cancel it 20.02.2025, around 9:46 AM and automatically the ICID has been also cancelled
Initially a cancellation of CC07 message should have been sent to CHCL, but instead of another creation CC07 was sent to CHCL which should not be the case, refer as per below:
As the said container was not supposed to Gated Out due to the invalidation of the Delivery order, the shipping line is querying us on the above issue.
Kindly check and advise on the issue.
