Description

Client / MSC requires your urgent assistance to remove the load flag for the following containers under Booking EBKG11613919 (POD: Hamburg):

  • MEDU5555750
  • MSMU1836964
  • CORU2610627

🔄 Background

The shipper has already done post-entry to remove the above containers from Booking EBKG11613919.

Reason: MSC’s client will be needing only 12 containers instead of 15.

Once the load flag is removed:

  • We will delete these containers from the current booking
  • Then, we will add them to a new booking: EBKG12335137 (POD: Le Havre)

The shipper will process a new BOE for EBKG12335137, and the load flag can then be updated again for these containers.

  • Please remove the load flag for the above 3 containers on Booking EBKG11613919
  • Kindly confirm once completed, so we may proceed with:
    • Deleting the containers from EBKG11613919
    • Adding them to new booking EBKG12335137
