The Total value in the rate description popup should be calculated based on the Rate Class as follows:
If Rate Class is not‘M’:
Total = Chargeable Weight × Rate/Charge
If Rate Class is ‘M’:
Total = Rate/Charge
*Note Rate/Charge is a field in the popup
