**Steps to reproduce issue** * Create a File Reference Export FCL * Select Voyage information * Insert Master Bill Info * Add shipper/consignee * Add costs * Add sales * Create an HBL * Use existing quotaion * insert data in all fields except for ( Place of Issue, Date of issue, Freight Payable At) * BL Type = Draft Bill of Lading Click Add HBL **Actual** * Red asterix is displayed near labels HBL saved successfully **Expected** * Red asterix Error message should not be displayed near labels when BL type is Draft
