**Env**: Confreight staging 

 **Steps to reproduce issue** 

 * Create an RFQ for FCL (CF26QSFE02239) 
 * Add 5 containers 
 * Create quotation ( CF26QSFE02240) 
 * Create Import file reference FCL by using existing quotation 
 * Approve File Reference 
 * Create Invoice 

 **Actual:**

 **Expected:** 

 Container Reference should not be updated automatically.
