Repository View** * The system displays a tabular list of all HBL records for ocean shipments. * Each record shows: (a) HBL Reference (clickable to open detailed HBL view) (b) MBL Reference (c) Shipper (d) Consignee (e) Port of Loading (f) Port of Destination * The list loads by default when the repository screen is opened. **2. Search Functionality** * Users can search by: * A search field is available on the repository screen. * Users can search by: (a) HBL Reference (b) (b) MBL Reference * Matching results are displayed in real-time or upon search action. * If no records are found, an appropriate message is displayed. **3. Shipment Parties & Routing** * Shipper and Consignee names are displayed for each HBL record, in a readable, non-truncated format. * Port of Loading and Port of Destination are displayed as separate columns, following standardized port naming conventions. * Data for parties and ports matches the linked HBL and shipment records. **4. Linkage to Master Bill of Lading** * Each HBL displays its corresponding MBL reference. * Multiple HBLs can share the same MBL reference, accurately reflecting consolidation (LCL) scenarios. **5. Access to Detailed HBL Records** * Clicking an HBL reference opens the detailed HBL screen in view mode. * The correct HBL data is loaded for further review or management. **6. Data Accuracy & Maintenance** * Only valid and active HBL records for ocean shipments are displayed. * Data updates are reflected in real-time or after a refresh. * Deleted or invalid HBLs are excluded from the repository.
