EDL/WSC has requested to add a new search filter field named Shipper in the List of File References screen.

During review, it was also noted that the HBL Information section does not currently show both Shipper and Consignee clearly. These columns should be added so users can easily identify the party details linked to each HBL.

Scope

This enhancement must be applied across all Ocean File Reference listing screens:

• Ocean Import – FCL
• Ocean Import – LCL
• Ocean Export – FCL
• Ocean Export – LCL

Requirements

1. Add Shipper Search Filter

1. Add new filter field: Shipper
2. User should be able to search HBLs by:

• Full shipper name
• Partial shipper name

3. Search should be case-insensitive.

2. Search Behaviour

When the user enters a shipper name and clicks Search:

• The system should return only File References linked to HBLs matching the shipper name.
• Search should work together with existing filters such as:
  • File Reference
  • Vessel Name
  • HBL
  • Client Name
  • Sub File Reference
  • Container Reference
  • Voyage Number
  • Status
  • Date Range

3. Reset Behaviour

When user clicks Reset / Clear:

• Shipper filter must also be cleared.
• Existing reset behaviour must remain unchanged.

4. Add Shipper and Consignee Columns in Child Grid

In the expanded child grid / HBL Information section, add the following columns:

• Shipper
• Consignee

The columns should display the shipper and consignee captured at HBL level.

For Import / Export screens, keep existing screen-specific columns, but ensure Shipper and Consignee are available.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Shipper field is visible in the search/filter section.
2. User can search using full shipper name.
3. User can search using partial shipper name.
4. Search is case-insensitive.
5. Search results are filtered based on shipper linked to HBL.
6. Shipper search works together with other filters.
7. Reset / Clear button clears the Shipper filter.
8. Existing filters continue to work as before.
9. Child grid displays Shipper column.
10. Child grid displays Consignee column.
11. Shipper and Consignee values are retrieved from HBL-level data.
12. Enhancement is applied to:

• Ocean Export – FCL
• Ocean Export – LCL
