@issac_alshad, kindly take note of this ticket #1510 to be applied for Air modules also. The Ocean File Reference listing screens are being enhanced to allow users to search by Shipper and to display Shipper and Consignee in the HBL child grid.

The same enhancement is required for the Air module, where users should be able to search Air File References by shipper and clearly view shipper/consignee information at HAWB level.

This enhancement must be applied to all Air File Reference listing screens:

• Air Import File References
• Air Export File References

Functional Requirements¶

1. Rename / Replace Company/Individual Filter¶

The existing filter:

Company/Individual

should be replaced with two separate textbox filters:

• Shipper
• Consignee

2. Shipper Filter Behaviour¶

The user should be able to search HAWBs by:

• Full shipper name
• Partial shipper name

Search must be case-insensitive.

When the user enters a Shipper and clicks Search:

• System should return only Air File References where at least one linked HAWB has a matching Shipper.

3. Consignee Filter Behaviour¶

The user should be able to search HAWBs by:

• Full consignee name
• Partial consignee name

Search must be case-insensitive.

When the user enters a Consignee and clicks Search:

• System should return only Air File References where at least one linked HAWB has a matching Consignee.

4. Combined Search Behaviour¶

The Shipper and Consignee filters should work:

• Independently
• Together
• Together with existing filters, including:
  • Master File Reference
  • Master Air Waybill
  • Status
  • Cargo Type
  • Origin / Destination Airport
  • Date Range

Example:

If user enters:

• Shipper = “ABC”
• Consignee = “XYZ”

Then system should return Air File References where the linked HAWB matches both values.

5. Reset / Clear Behaviour¶

When user clicks Reset / Clear:

• Shipper filter must be cleared
• Consignee filter must be cleared
• Existing reset behaviour must remain unchanged

6. Add Missing Columns in HAWB Child Grid¶

In the expanded House Air Waybills child grid, add the following columns:

• Shipper
• Consignee

These values should be retrieved from HAWB-level data.

Column order can follow UI design constraints, but Shipper and Consignee must be visible.

Acceptance Criteria¶

1. Existing Company/Individual filter is removed or renamed/replaced.
2. Two separate textbox filters are added:
   • Shipper
   • Consignee
3. User can search using full Shipper name.
4. User can search using partial Shipper name.
5. User can search using full Consignee name.
6. User can search using partial Consignee name.
7. Search is case-insensitive.
8. Shipper and Consignee filters work independently.
9. Shipper and Consignee filters work together.
10. Shipper and Consignee filters work together with existing filters.
11. If at least one HAWB under a Master File Reference matches the search criteria, the related Master File Reference is returned.
12. Reset / Clear button clears both Shipper and Consignee fields.
13. Existing filters continue to work as before.
14. HAWB child grid displays Shipper column.
15. HAWB child grid displays Consignee column.
16. Shipper and Consignee values are retrieved from HAWB-level data.
17. Enhancement is applied to both:

• Air Import File References
• Air Export File References
