Scope:
Air Freight Module – Master Airway Bill (MAWB) / Air Clearing

Description:
Enhance the MAWB file screen to include a Clearing indicator toggle used to identify Master files that require Customs Clearing processing. When the indicator is set to Yes, the MAWB should become available for selection under the Use Existing MAWB function during Air Clearing file creation.

Functional Requirements:

• Add a Clearing Toggle / Yes-No Indicator on the MAWB file screen.
• Field should be maintainable during MAWB creation and update.
• Selected value must be saved against the MAWB record.
• When Clearing Indicator = Yes, the MAWB must be available under the Use Existing MAWB lookup/search in the Air Clearing module.
• When Clearing Indicator = No, the MAWB should not be available in that selection list.
• Existing MAWB processing should remain unchanged.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Clearing toggle is visible on the MAWB screen.
2. User can set the toggle to Yes / No.
3. Value is saved successfully against the MAWB record.
4. MAWB records marked Yes are retrievable via Use Existing MAWB in Air Clearing.
5. MAWB records marked No are excluded from the Air Clearing selection list.
6. Existing MAWB functions remain unaffected.
