Scope:
Air Import & Export Quotation Module

Description:
Enhance the Quotation module to make the Weight field mandatory before saving or submitting a quotation.

Requirement:

• The Weight field must be compulsory for all Air quotations.
• System should validate the field before allowing save/submit.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. User cannot save quotation without entering Weight.
2. User cannot submit quotation without entering Weight.
3. Appropriate validation message is displayed when Weight is blank.
