Steps to reproduce issue

Create a Quotation
Select import
Fill in all mandatory fields
Add more than 1 charge
Save the quotation
Approve quotation
Quotation status should be confirmed
Delete a charge

Actual

Quotation status remains confirmed

Expected

In progress should be displayed . ( User should again has to do Approve process for quotation to get confirmed)
