FFA

The current Advice of Arrival (AOA) PDF format needs to be updated to match the format provided by ED Logistics Ltd (EDL).

An existing AOA PDF already exists in the system. This task is to modify the current template layout and fields to align with the new EDL format (attached reference).

Scope

• Update existing AOA PDF template
• Applicable to Ocean Import (based on sample)

Reference

• Provided AOA sample (ED Logistics Ltd format)
• This should be treated as the design baseline

Layout Requirements

• Follow structure and alignment as per provided EDL sample
• Maintain clear section separation
• Table formatting must match sample (borders, alignment, totals row)
• Ensure print-friendly (A4 portrait, single-page preferred)

Data Mapping

• All fields should be dynamically populated from existing shipment/file data
• No change to backend data model required unless missing fields are identified

Acceptance Criteria

1. AOA PDF layout matches the EDL sample format
2. All required fields are displayed correctly
3. Cargo table structure matches the sample (including totals row)
4. Remarks section displays default + dynamic text
5. Header, footer, and alignment match expected layout
6. PDF renders correctly for printing and download
7. No regression to existing AOA generation functionality
