A "Landing and Shipping" toggle field needs to be added in the following areas of the Import HAWB workflow:

• HAWB Repo
• File Reference - HAWB section

This toggle will allow users to identify House AWBs that are intended to be reused in the Export module.

When an Import HAWB is marked as Landing and Shipping = Yes, that HAWB should become available in the Export module under Use Existing HAWB.

Scope:

• Applicable to Import HAWB
• Add field in:
  • HAWB Repo
  • File Reference - HAWB section
• Reuse marked HAWBs in Export via Use Existing HAWB

Acceptance Criteria:

• A Landing and Shipping toggle is available in HAWB Repo and File Reference - HAWB section
• The toggle values are Yes/No
• Default value is No
• Import HAWBs marked as Yes appear in Export under Use Existing HAWB
• Import HAWBs marked as No do not appear in Export under Use Existing HAWB
• Reused HAWB data is available in Export as expected
• No regression is introduced in Import flow

Notes:

• This feature is intended to support cases where the same HAWB needs to be used across Import and Export workflows
• Ensure proper linkage/auditability between the original Import HAWB and the reused Export HAWB
