Delivery Order - Issue DO per HAWB

Description
Generate a Delivery Order (DO) per HAWB for air shipments, which will serve as an official document authorizing the release of cargo to the consignee.
Scope:
- Applicable to Air Import Shipments only
- One DO per HAWB
- Output Format: PDF
- Accessible from File Reference - Retrieve Screen / HAWB level
Functional Requirements:
1. DO Generation
- User can generate DO from Air Import File Reference - Retrieve screen
- System generates a PDF document
2. Data Population
The DO should automatically populate data from existing modules:

Shipment Details:
- MAWB No.
- HAWB No.
- Flight No.
- Arrival Date
- Airport of Arrival

Parties:
- Consignee
- Notify Party (if available)
- Agent / Forwarder

Cargo Details:
- Number of Packages
- Gross Weight
- Chargeable Weight
- Description of Goods
- Marks & Numbers

Charges & Status:
- Freight (Prepaid / Collect)
- Charges summary (optional display)
- Payment status
3. Delivery Instruction Section
- Standard text:
“Please deliver the below-mentioned cargo to the consignee.” - Delivery location (if available)
4. Conditional Logic
- DO can only be generated if:
- Charges are paid, OR
- Customer is marked as credit customer (if applicable)
- System should display warning if conditions are not met
Note: For the time being, do not apply this condition; we will check with the clients first or we can configure this in the settings.
5. Authorization Section
- Authorized signatory (configurable)
- Company stamp/logo
- Date of issue
6. Remarks / Notes Section
- Configurable remarks
- Default legal disclaimer text
7. Page Setup
- Paper Size: A4
- Orientation: Portrait
- Recommended Length: 1 page where possible
8. Output
- Downloadable PDF
- Preview PDF
9. Notes
- Use this DO PDF design as the baseline template for implementation
- Keep footer text and remarks configurable
- Suggested PDF Design.
Note that this is a suggested PDF design since the FFWDs do not have a current format of the DO. They are currently using the airline DO and modifying it to issue a house DO.

Non-Functional Requirements:
- Ensure proper PDF rendering across environments
Acceptance Criteria:
- User can generate DO from Air Import HAWB - File Reference - Retrieve Screen
- DO generation is not available for Air Export shipments
- All shipment and cargo details populate correctly
- DO is generated per HAWB (not per MAWB)
- PDF layout is properly formatted and readable
- Blank optional data does not cause broken alignment
- PDF remains compact and preferably within one page
- DO respects payment/credit conditions before release—if condition logic in point is applied
- No missing or misaligned data in the output
