The Air Shipment Cost screen currently has limited fields under the Freight Charges section across all tabs. Additional fields need to be added so the Air Shipment Cost implementation matches Ocean Shipment Cost and supports the Payment Request functionality.

These fields are required in Air Shipment Cost because they will be used for Payment Request functionality.

Scope:
Apply the update to all tabs under Freight Charges in Air Shipment Cost:

• Air Freight Charges
• Origin Charges
• Local Charges

Fields to Add:

• Additional Information
• Supplier
• Supplier Invoice Ref.
• Supplier Invoice Date
• Manifested Freight
• Lock

Requirements:

• Add the listed fields to all Freight Charges tabs in Air Shipment Cost
• Use Ocean Shipment Cost as the reference implementation
• Match Ocean Shipment Cost for field labels, order, behaviour, validation, formatting, and persistence
• Ensure these fields are available for the Payment Request functionality
• Include the fields in create, edit, save, and retrieve flows
• Ensure the fields are included in the relevant backend payloads and mappings used by Payment Request
• None of these new fields are mandatory
• Lock should follow the same business logic and permissions as Ocean Shipment Cost
• Maintain proper UI alignment with existing Freight Charges columns

Acceptance Criteria:

• All listed fields are available in Air Freight Charges, Origin Charges, and Local Charges tabs
• Field labels, sequence, and behaviour match Ocean Shipment Cost
• Values entered in these fields are saved and loaded correctly
• The fields are exposed and usable in the Payment Request functionality
• None of the newly added fields are mandatory
• Lock behaves exactly as in Ocean Shipment Cost, including permissions/business rules
• No layout, validation, or regression issues are introduced in Air Shipment Cost
