Steps:

1. Proceed creating LCL File reference

2. Add HBL 1 with Shipper Manveer and Bill to Automatically take Manveer

   {width=458 height=208}

3. Clone HBL 1, Rename it to HBL 2, change the goods description and update the shipper to Axess, Bill to automatically take Axess

   {width=474 height=206}

Issue: The Bill to in HBL 1 changes to the Bill to HBL 2
