Description

Scope:

Unified AIR/OCEAN transmission screen (/transmission/manifest) with tab-based layout and MAWB deep-link navigation

AIR file reference screen: manifest status badge (Not Sent → Awaiting CCS → Approved/Rejected), click-through to transmission screen pre-filtered by MAWB
JMS consumer (MessageIntegrationService) wired to update ManifestSubmission with CCS customs response fields (customsResponse, customsMessage, jobNumber, approvalDate)
CDC (application-prod.yml) fix: AIRCCS_IMP.HOUSEMANI_HEADER was missing from prod Debezium table watch list, preventing CCS status updates in production
LPD XML mapping fixes: volume missing on line of goods (commodity → HAWB → MAWB fallback), bulk cargo ref rejecting - special character (replaced with alpha suffix A/B/C...)
Flight ccsReference backfill: Liquibase migration to populate null ccsReference on existing flights; FlightHelper updated to always recompute from airline + flight number + departure date
FlightLegMapper fix: detached entity error on flight creation caused by leg ID being copied from DTO
