@noyan_avisham as discussed, please note that system is not allowing to add a new charge to an HBL which already has a standard invoice.

Steps:

1. Create file reference, add HBL
2. Issue standard invoice and receipt.
3. Go to the file reference and proceed to add a new charge to the HBL

Issue: System is not allowing to add a new charge. It is displaying an error message which is not relevant.
