Environment: Qualif v 1.1.7

After saving the Air Portfolio, when the user proceeds to 'Add Charge Portfolio', below message is being displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Menu Air Portfolio.
2. Fill in details for 'Add Portfolio' & saved.
3. After Portfolio is saved successfully, click on 'Add Charge Portfolio'
4. Fill in Supplier Kind, Airline & Cargo Type
5. Upon clicking on 'Add Charge' below message is being displayed

Expected Result:
User should be able to proceed with Add Charge Portfolio without any error or unexpected message.

Actual Result:
A message is displayed when proceeding with Add Charge Portfolio
