Description
In the Download Notice of Arrival (NOA) popup, users are currently required to manually select a bank before downloading the NOA.
Client has requested that the system should automatically preselect the default bank when the NOA is generated.
Users should still have the option to change the selected bank if required before downloading.

Acceptance Criteria
Default Bank Preselection
- Given a default bank is configured for the client
- When the Download Notice of Arrival popup is opened
- Then the Bank Name field is automatically preselected with the default bank.
User Override
- Users can change or select a different bank from the Bank Name dropdown.
Download Behavior
- When the user clicks Download:
- The NOA is generated using the currently selected bank.
- If the user changes the bank, the NOA reflects the updated selection.
Validation
- If no default bank is configured:
- The Bank Name field remains empty.
- Existing validation rules apply.
UI
- The existing popup layout and actions (Download / Cancel) remain unchanged.
- Behaviour is consistent across all supported clients.
