closedClient Maintenance_Email address Field Should Not Be Mandatory
Description
The Freight forwarder wants the Email field to be optional so that they can save the data even when an email address is not available.
Acceptance Criteria
- The Email field is no longer marked as mandatory.
- Users can successfully save the client information without entering an email address.
- Existing functionalities that rely on email (e.g. notifications) should only trigger when an email is provided.
- No validation error is displayed when the Email field is left blank.
