Logideals requested to implement their File Reference format, as below.

1. Prefix
   • All file references and other references, such as quotations, must start with “LOGI”.
2. Format
   • The complete format should be:
     LOGIYYMM99999
     • YY = Year (last two digits)
     • MM = Month
     • 99999 = Sequential number
     • e.g. LOGI250100001
3. Numbering Sequence
   • The sequence must be continuous and shared across:
     • Ocean Import
     • Ocean Export
   • There should be no separate numbering series for each cargo type.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Every newly generated file reference follows the defined format.
• The sequence increments correctly regardless of Import or Export.
• No duplicate file references are generated.
