Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Ocean > Clearing Services > Clearing List
Create a new clearing for an FCL
Add multiple containers

Should also test for use existing HBL and Use existing quotation.

Actual

After adding a single container the buttons for sea pollutant an d Dangerous are not being selected ( see attached)

Expected

Both buttons Sea pollutant and Dangerous should by default select No
