Description

Steps:

Create File reference
Add HBL
Switch dangerous goods toggle to 'YES'
Pop up shows up (Could not save after adding info - Refer to #1046 )
Click on cancel in pop up
Switch dangerous goods toggle to 'NO'

Issue: after switch the toggle to 'NO' the dangerous info tab is still displayed. Cannot proceed with saving HBL
