· Any amendments via credit note should be reflected on File Reference. The charge/sales should indicate that a credit note has been issued. (To be discussed)

· Same should be reflected in Profit & loss report and cost & sales documents and chart. (All report related to financials)

Note: the amount in the invoice issued and sales charges in file reference remains unchanged.
