Description

Cargo Weight field should be set to optional.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Validation Rule Change
    • The Cargo Weight field should be optional at all stages (Create, Save, or Confirm).
    • Users can leave the field blank without triggering validation errors.
    • The system must still accept weight values when provided.
  2. System Behavior
    • Removing Cargo Weight should not block:
      • File Reference save
      • HBL or MBL confirmation
  3. UI / UX Requirements
    • Remove the red asterisk (*) from the Cargo Weight field label.
