Description

The Port of Loading should not be mandatory in case of Ocean Import only.

Acceptance Criteria¶

The Port of Loading field should be optional in the Vessel Schedule screen.
The system should allow saving a schedule record even if the Port of Loading is not filled.
Validation rules must be updated so that:
- No validation error or blocking message appears when this field is blank.
- The field remains editable for later completion once information becomes available.
