@ramfoll_nihaal as discussed, please note that after saving an adhoc invoice, the record is not displayed in the list instantly. The page needs to be reloaded then the record is displayed.

steps:

Create adhoc invoice and save

After saving the record is not displayed

Reload the page and then the record is displayed
