Description

As per request from Tanuja - EDL, she has requested the following:

To delete all clients created on Production by her team as same clients already exists from migration data
To provide a list of all charges with their sicorax values in an excel sheet
To update VAT details as per the list provided earlier for migration

@noyan_avisham , we have already discussed with @nayeck_nadeem on above and he will guide you on these.
