Mr. Yoni Soleil, from EDL has requested the following report after our meeting on 01 October 2025.

Report listing all pending House Delivery Orders (HDOs) to quickly identify shipments where no Manual DO or CCS transmission has been done and take corrective action.

Acceptance Criteria¶

• The report must display:
  • File Reference
  • HBL Number
  • MBL Number
  • Consignee
  • DO Type (Temporary / Manual DO / CCS Transmission)
  • Status (Approved/Not Approved)
  • Transmission Status (Not Sent / Success / Failed)
  • DO Created Date
• Pending logic
  • Pending – RED: A Temporary DO exists AND (no Manual DO OR no CCS Transmission).
  • Pending – ORANGE: No DO at all (no Temporary, no Manual, no Transmission).
  • Exclude from report: A Manual DO exists OR a CCS Transmission (Success) exists.
• The report should allow filtering by:
  • Date range (ETA or DO created date)
  • File Reference (contains)
  • Customer (contains)
  • HBL Number (contains)
  • MBL Number (contains)
  • KPI tiles: add small KPIs above the table:
    • “Pending (RED) count”, “No DO (ORANGE) count”
• Report must be exportable to Excel.
