·         Right-side sticky card showing: Sales (local), Costs (local), Margin & Margin %

·         Profit snapshot should be visible as a floating panel from any tab.

·         Header: HAWB Ref (link), Shipment Direction, Status.

·         Rows (local currency):

·         Costs (allocated + house-only)

·         Add Costs

·         Total Cost

·         Sales

·         Profit/Loss (green for profit, red for loss) and Margin %

·         Total Cost = Σ(Costs local) + Σ(Add Costs local) + Σ(Additional Cost)

·         Sales = Σ(Sales local).

·         Profit/Loss = Sales − Total Cost.

·         Margin % = (Profit/Loss ÷ Sales) × 100; if Sales = 0 show “—”.

·         Break-even delta = max(0, Total Cost − Sales).

·         Target margin delta = max(0, (Total Cost ÷ (1 − Target%)) − Sales).

US-9 - Documents & Notes

The user should be able to upload shipment docs (invoice, packing list, permits) and add internal notes.

• Acceptance criteria:
  • Upload supports PDF, DOC, XLS, image; max 10MB/file.
  • Notes with @mentions and timestamps.
• Files stored with preview available.
