Description

The system should have a complete change log.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Each field change logged with old/new value, user, timestamp.
  • Downloadable audit report per HAWB.

 

Cross‑tab Save & Lifecycle (applies to all US‑1…US‑8)

The user should be able to save, resume, and submit HAWB records, with audit and permissions.

Global acceptance

  • SAVE HAWB button is displayed on every tab for draft or final save.
  • Save Draft: stores partial data; Submit/Finalize: validates all tabs before final save.
  • Unique constraints enforced (AWB prefix + number; HAWB uniqueness per MAWB).
  • Authority‑based access (create/edit/approve/view).
