Eliminate Adhoc Credit Invoice Screen and Add "Create Adhoc Invoice" Button in Invoice Screen

As per the team discussion, it has been decided to eliminate the current Adhoc screen and integrate the functionality directly into the Invoice screen.
A new button labeled "Create Adhoc Invoice" will be placed next to the existing "Create Invoice" button.
This change aims to:
- Simplify navigation by consolidating invoice creation options into one screen.
- Improve user experience and reduce confusion caused by separate screens.
- Align invoice creation processes under a single interface.
Acceptance Criteria:¶
- A new button "Create Adhoc Invoice" appears next to "Create Invoice" on the Invoice screen.
- Clicking "Create Adhoc Invoice" launches the same workflow as the existing Adhoc invoice creation process.
