Export - Generate Delivery Note

Description
User should be able to generate a delivery note per HBL.
Workflow:
- Once HBL has been set as confirmed, User should be able to generate a delivery note as below:

- The document should display Shipper as highlighted in Yellow.
- The document should display Vessel name and its voyage number as highlighted in Blue.
- The table should display the information added in HBL
- The name below should be person who has logged in and issued the document from the system.
- Note: Booking Ref (highlighted in orange) to be left blank as request by client for future QR code use.

Users can download/send the "Delivery Note" from the File Reference screen, in the HBL row under the "Download/send PDF" button group.

A new option must be added to the button group: "Download/send Delivery Delivery note"

This functionality should be as an authority where only assigned user will be able to download the pdf.
