As per training with ED Logistics & WSC, they have asked to remove the Actual details info as mandatory (see below on the right), as they will update the actual details directly in the HBL in the file reference and populate the expected values in the Actual fields.

As proposed during internal meeting by RnD team, the following changes will be made on the loading screen:

• remove the fields on the right of the screen: Gate in, Actual Weight, Actual volume, Actual Number of Packages, Remarks
• Remove "Expected" from all the fields
• if the user updates the weight, volume, number of packages in the House BL info in the File Reference functionality, then this info should be reflected on this screen and everytime the user generates the export manifest, it should reflect the latest info from the HBL.

• both report will no longer have the Actual Weight, Actual volume, Actual Number of Packages
• report should contain the latest HBL info

• The HBL list should be displayed as per the priority set in the File Reference screen
