Set up the GitLab issue board for internal time tracking (MACCS-TimeLog), including:

  • Creating category-specific labels (e.g., training, meetings, R&D, etc.)

  • Defining yearly milestone structure for accurate reporting

  • Preparing a visual board for each time category

  • Drafting usage guidelines for team members
