Precondition

User information should already exist (NIC should not be blank)

Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Quotation > Request for Quotation page
Under User Details , Select Existing
Retrieve Existing User Details will be displayed
Enter Email Address
Click on GET OTP
User will receive a mail on the email address provided earlier
copy and paste OTP
click on submit

Actual:
NIC is displaying blank

Expected:
NIC should be displayed
