Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Quotation screen
Create a new quotation
Fill in all required fields
Click on Save multiple times

Actual

Same quotation is being created multiple times with different Reference number

Expected

Only 1 quotation record should be displayed on List of Quotation dashboard
