Navigate to Quotations screen
Create a New quotation
Under charges section > Insert charges only
Click on Save button

Actual

Incorrect error message is displayed "Failed to save. Please fill all forms" ( see attached)

Expected

The following error message should be displayed "Please fill all mandatory fields"
