Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Accounting > Freight Purchase
Click on Add Freight Purchase
Insert all the fields
Cargo Type and Mode of Shipment should not be blank
Click on Save button
Freight purchase is saved
Edit the record

Actual

Cargo Type and Mode of Shipment is displaying blank (see attached)

Expected

Cargo Type and Mode of Shipment should not be displaying blank
