Precondition

On screen Quotation , Quotation should already exist and Quotation state should be in progress
Copy the Quotation reference

Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to RFQ screen
Do a Retrieve quotation
Insert Email to receive OTP
Insert OTP and Quotation Reference
Click Submit

Actual

Error message is displayed, see attached

Expected

Error message " Quotation in progress state" should be displayed
