Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Export > File Reference screen
Create a file reference
Create a Container , Insert all mandatory fields
Add an HBL to container, insert all mandatory fields
Click Add HBL
Save File Reference > Success should be displayed
Click on HBL
Do an update
Click on Save File Reference

Actual

Updated field is not being saved

Expected

An error message should be message "Click on Update HBL"
