Description

Steps to reproduce issue

**Navigate to **maccs.staging.mu
Go to Ocean > Export > File Reference
Select LCL
Add an HBL
Under Shipper/ Consignee /Notify Party Information section Insert Consignee/Importer and insert Notify
BL Type should be " Draft Original Bill of Lading"
Click on Save
Add an container
Release Order Should be checked ( Yes)
Click on Save
Navigate back to List of File References
Click on the Arrow down
Click on Download Bill of Lading button

Actual

Blank is displayed for Consignee on the pdf. On Screen also blank is displayed for consignee and Notify ( See attached for consignee)

Expected

Consignee should be displayed on the pdf. On Screen also Consignee and Notify should be displayed
