Steps to reproduce issue

• Navigate to http://maccs.staging.freight.mu/
• Create a File reference
• Add the HBL
• Add seal number
• Select BL type as Draft
• Under Seal Info section , Add Seal info
• Select Release Order as Yes
• Update HBL
• Save File Reference
• Navigate back to the List of Reference screen
• Expand the File reference , Down bill of Lading should be displayed
• Download the bill of Lading

Actual

• Seal number is displaying as blank

Expected

• Seal number should not be displaying as blank
