Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Ocean > Export > Clearing Services > Clearing List
Under Sales section add the following charges ( see screenshot)
Add discount as 1

Actual

Vat Amount is displaying long decimal values

Expected

Should display up to 2 decimal values

Kindly note that this issue is present on charges everywhere on the system.

Please apply changes across all charges pop up in the system.
