Freight Purchase - Issue when adding charges
Description
When adding the "Documentation Fee" for Freight Purchase under the tenant United Cargo, the amount is displaying as 1 USD, despite the exchange rate being correctly configured.
However, when adding another charge, the "Brokerage Fee," under the same tenant (United Cargo) and switching the currency from MRU to USD, the exchange rate is applied correctly.
Notably, when performing the same actions under the tenant MACCS, the exchange rate is displayed correctly in all cases.
