Steps to reproduce issue

Navigate to Clearing module
Create a Clearing File
Approve the clearing
Navigate to Accounting > Invoice
Select the clearing Tab
Create Invoice
Under Invoice Charges, Select Bank
Save as Draft

Actual

Error message is displayed: Standard invoice(s) already exists for this Bill of Lading

Expected

Save Successfully should be displayed
