Description
Steps to reproduce issue
- Navigate to Ocean > Export > Clearing > Clearing List
- Create a Clearing file
- insert all the mandatory fields
- Insert HBL Reference
- Click on Save Clearing
- Approve the clearing file
- Navigate back to the dashboard , Check the HBL number
- Select the clearing file
- Modify the HBL number
- Click on update Clearing file
Actual
- HBL number is being updated without approving
Expected
The new updated HBL number should not be displayed on the dashboard without an approval- The new updated HBL or dummy HBL should be displayed on the dashboard even without an approval
